So, you have decided to become a Uniquely Yours Bridal Showcase Vendor! How Exciting! Accommodating our vendors is very important to us. As you are filling out this form you will see there is an option at the end to pay the full amount online now or to pay offline. If you choose to pay offline we will contact you after we receive your form to discuss payment options.
